Race SBK seat unit for the Honda CBR600RR 2007 - 2008 - 2009 - 2010

SBK ... Requires Superbike Seat foam as you will not mount your OEM seat (series seat)

They are made of Fiberglass (white gel coat + 2x CSM225 + veils)

Surfacing veils for composite production strengthen the resin-rich inside surface of the part, creating a strong bond with the underlying laminate and enhancing inside surface appearance by masking the coarse reinforcing fiber pattern.

Surfacing veils also isolate the substrate fibers from exposure to corrosion, abrasion and moisture, contributing to the structural integrity of the total composite.

White gel coat finish and white acrylic primer - smooth sanded surface.

The end result of their manufacturing process is a superb finish.

Fitting points are reinforced with Carbon-Kevlar fibres.

The fairing is supplied with no fixings and the mounting points are not pre-drilled.
